Celebrating Black Mamas in History-Ida Wells

In celebration of Black History month, we are honoring inspirational black mothers in history for Woman Crush Wednesday. First up is the amazing Ida B. Wells. Mama Wells was an African American journalist, abolitionist, feminist & mom of who led an anti-lynching crusade in the United States in the 1890s. She went on to found and become integral in groups striving for African American justice. (Biography.com)
