Meet Jenni!

Jenni is a Mama who has been with us for 2 years who found Body Back when she literally wanted to get her "body back!" She is mom to Aria (5) and Logan (2). How do friends describe this wonderful Mama? Friendly, smiley and energetic! Jenni teaches Body Back in Fairfax.

How did you find our village and what made you become a client?

When I was on maternity leave I was able to attend a trial Stroller Strides class. Unfortunately life happened and I only tried it that one time. Fast forward a year later, Jaclyn sent out an email for a new Body Back location in Fairfax. Key words that reeled me in: get your "Body Back "and me time away from the kids? Sign me up! I joined the first Transformation group for the Fairfax location and I've been coming ever since!

What made you want to become an instructor?

I've been attending the classes almost 2 years now and I wanted to challenge myself to do something new. I've absolutely loved the support I've had joining Fit4Mom I wanted to be able to do the same for other moms!

What is your favorite thing about being a part of our village?

I cannot speak enough praise for all the support our moms give one another. I love that I can talk to other moms that know exactly what I'm going through and give me either sound advice or just sympathize and share their same experience. I only wish I had found you all sooner =)!

What is your favorite exercise to incorporate into your workouts?

I have a secret love/hate relationship with Burpees! When you think about them you dread doing them, but once you've got them done you feel so good and strong!

What is something that most people don't know about you?

My friends nicknamed me Google because of the amount of random knowledge I have in my brain. Seriously if you ask me a question I may have an answer!

What is your favorite meal or snack for before or after a workout?

Chocolate Milk! I trained for a half-marathon a few years back and learned its a good recovery drink post workout. It's my little guilty pleasure after a night of Body Back! I also love apples and peanut butter.
