Looking to take your fitness journey to the next level? Need help cultivating healthier habits? Our Transformation Mini-Sessions are designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. The mini sessions run for four weeks and include unlimited Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Body Back, Body Ignite & Strides 360 classes, recipes, nutrition tips & tricks from a Registered Dietitian, and a private group Facebook page for motivation, coaching and support.
