“Mama Restore” is a 45-minute class of simple yoga poses and controlled breathing to warm, lengthen and stretch your entire body. Time will be especially dedicated to stretching hips, back and legs. We’ll end with a longer meditation to leave you calm and centered. “Mama Restore” is safe for moms in all stages of motherhood and is included in all memberships and passes.
