Join us after class for a private event at Lather in Mosaic where moms can sample products from their body and skincare line. Snacks for moms and kids will be available, as well as some fabulous raffle prizes!

Sweat it out then sit and sip!
Join us for a pop-up Saturday Stroller Strides at Aslin Beer Co. in Herndon. It’s a family class this week, so sign up spouses or significant others to join on Pike!
The coffee shop is open before and after class for you to get some caffeine and croissants to fuel your workout, and the taproom opens at 11 AM for anyone who wants to try a flight (or a pint).

It takes a village - join ours!
Our Village offers strength and sisterhood in motherhood in the Northern Virginia area. Our goal is provide support, to connect, to empower and make a difference in the lives of moms in our community. As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies.
By joining our group, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. We want you to form lasting friendships with other moms in our community through our activities including playgroups, field trips, moms nights out, and special events.
