How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email email@example.com to change the status of your membership. All cancellation requests need to be received via our cancellation form 30 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 4 months, 2x per year for illness, injury, or maternity leave only. 15 days notice received via our hold form required for all holds and a $20 hold fee applies.
